It's been more than 20 years since Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant first created the mockumentary show for the UK. In the US, the show reached peak popularity thanks to Steve Carell as Michael Scott and Rainn Wilson as Dwight Schrute. This highly popular cult comedy has been remade for fans in various countries, including France, Canada, Chile, Israel, India, the Middle East, and Poland. The Australian version is the thirteenth adaptation of this BAFTA- and Golden Globe-winning comedy.

Release date & Where to Watch
The Office Australia premieres on Friday, Oct. 18, 2024, exclusively on Prime Video in 240 countries and territories worldwide (excluding the US) in the Prime membership. There will be eight episodes, and they'll all be available on premiere day.
Plot
Hannah Howard is the managing director of a packaging company called Flinley Craddick. When she learns that her branch will be closed and everyone will have to work from home, she does whatever it takes to keep her "work family" together, even if it means making unrealistic promises. The staff at the office have to bear with her unconventional ideas as they try really hard to meet unattainable targets.
