By Lore Apostol / November 2, 2022

One of the world's favorite cooking contest shows is poised to premiere a new season soon, and you can safely add it to your streaming list since you'll be able to easily access it online, even on the go or while traveling abroad. We have all the new and juicy information you may be looking for on this title, so let's see when, where, and how to watch MasterChef: The Professionals Season 15 online from anywhere.

Monica Galetti quit the show, and she was replaced by new judge Anna Haugh along with Marcus Wareing and Gregg Wallace. The three will preside over the UK’s most revered cooking competition as 32 ambitious pro chefs from across the country compete to become the 2022 MasterChef Professional.

We have the intel on what happens in the first episode of the latest season. To progress in the competition, they must impress in two challenges: the infamous Skills Test and the Signature Menu round. The first two chefs face a Skills Test set by Anna, who gives them 20 minutes to open oysters and serve them poached and smoked in a beurre blanc sauce.

The remaining two chefs are set a pastry Skills Test by Marcus. Their task is to make a summer fruit tart with jam, crème pâtissière, and piped Italian meringue. Finally, all four chefs have one last opportunity to stand out when they cook their own two-course Signature Menu. This is their chance to show off their style and flair with a tried and tested main course and dessert, and only the best chefs will go through.

The tests will repeat until the quarter-finals. In the second quarter-final, the four best chefs from the week’s heats return to the kitchen, as they must prove themselves to Anna and Marcus in two challenges that would unnerve even the most experienced chefs to make it through to the semi-finals.

The new season's debut one-hour-long episode will premiere on BBC 1 at 9 pm local time, and it will be followed by a new episode on Thursday at the same hour, while the third episode will air on Friday at 8 pm. The next episodes will air on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9 pm and on Fridays at 8 pm. Similar to the previous season, we expect to get 22 new episodes, as finals week begins with Episode 20.
