Southern Hospitality Plot
Working at Republic is the gold standard, and they’re forced to compete for prime positions and the best tips the city’s nightlife has to offer, and Bonaparte sets the bar high while also treating them like family, guiding this crew of young, passionate singles through love, conflict, makeups, and breakups. Plus, the stakes never have been higher for Leva, who gets ready for Charleston's biggest summer yet.

Of Persian descent, she was born in India and has two sisters. Leva grew up in Canada and is now established in South Carolina. Growing up, Leva actively played classical piano until she went to college - the South Carolina State University, where she graduated in 1999, and she sold software for her parents’ company in the next decade.
Her husband, Lamar Bonaparte, was born and raised in Charleston, and he was working in real estate development at the time they met. They were friends and business partners before they eloped in 2013, and they now have a son, Lamar Jr.
Besides Republic Garden & Lounge, they also own other go-to spots on King Street - Bubbles N’ Bourbon, a luxury bar and restaurant, Mesu, a spot with Mexican cuisine and sushi, and 1st Place, a premium sports bar.
