Ben Trowbridge - Nexus IT

Ben Trowbridge has joined the Nexus IT Board of Directors as an Independent Director. He has over three decades of experience in cybersecurity, managed services, outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity-backed growth. Trowbridge recently led EY's Global Cybersecurity Managed Services practice. He also founded Alsbridge, growing the managed services advisory firm into a global business. Beyond his executive roles, Trowbridge serves on the boards of cybersecurity companies including Arctic Security, Fortreum, and Southwest Power Pool. (source)

Ashley Dreier - Nexus IT

Ashley Dreier has also joined the Nexus IT Board of Directors as an Independent Director, supporting the company's continued growth in managed IT and cybersecurity services. She brings extensive executive experience in enterprise technology, product development, digital transformation, and corporate governance. Dreier previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Technology Officer at HealthEquity. Derek Kan has joined the Fortinet Board of Directors, bringing extensive leadership experience spanning technology operations, public policy, artificial intelligence, and corporate governance. He recently served as Vice President of Business Operations and Global Marketing at Shopify. Kan held executive positions at Deliverr and senior government appointments as Deputy Director of the Office of Management and Budget and Under Secretary at the U.S. Department of Transportation. Greg Deisher has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Veea. Deisher brings over 20 years of financial and operational leadership experience, serving as Chief Financial Officer at Wallarm. Mark Cravotta has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Spektrum Labs. He helped lead Crypsis Digital Security through its acquisition by Palo Alto Networks, and his career spans cybersecurity, cloud services, incident response, and enterprise software, with extensive experience supporting high-growth, private equity-backed companies. Meital Shandler stepped into the Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) role at Reclaim Security. Before this move, Shandler served as Director of Product Operations at Rapyd following a progression through multiple product operations leadership roles over more than five years, overseeing cross-functional product delivery and AI-driven operational initiatives.
