Arun Pathak - Allied Digital

Arun Pathak has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of CIS at Allied Digital, where he will help drive the company's cybersecurity and infrastructure services strategy. He worked at NTT Ltd., as Vice President of Cloud and Security Services. Pathak had led security and performance optimization initiatives at Dimension Data India and served as Country Manager for security-focused businesses, including Resilience Corporation and Allied CNT Solutions. Nehal Shah - Allied Digital

Nehal Shah has been promoted to Joint Managing Director at Allied Digital after spending more than 17 years with the company in technology and operations leadership roles. Neo Say Beng has joined Red Alpha Cybersecurity as Chief Business Officer. He brings more than 30 years of experience in defence, cybersecurity, government, research, and innovation programs. Before joining Red Alpha, Neo worked for nearly six years at the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore, overseeing national cybersecurity capabilities. Earlier, he spent over 25 years with Singapore's Ministry of Defence, including a leadership role focused on cybersecurity operations planning, cyber defence training, threat hunting, and incident response programs. Grace Leung - International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP)

Grace Leung will serve as Vice Chair of IFIP Working Group 11.8 on Information Security Education beginning in October 2026. She was elected during the World Conference on Information Security Education held in Perth, Australia. Leung currently serves as Senior Director of the Postgraduate School at the University of Johannesburg. Her academic work spans cybersecurity education, digital forensics, human-computer interaction, and artificial intelligence applications. David Koh - Cyber Security Agency of Singapore

David Koh will retire as Chief Executive of the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore and Commissioner of Cybersecurity on July 1, concluding 42 years of public service. He launched CSA in 2015 and helped shape Singapore's national cybersecurity framework during a decade of rapid digital transformation. Koh led the development of Singapore's Cybersecurity Strategies, oversaw the Cybersecurity Act, and established the National Cyber Defence Doctrine. He played a prominent role in international cyber diplomacy, helping position Singapore as an influential voice in global cybersecurity discussions. Gwenda Fong will be the Chief Executive of the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore and Commissioner of Cybersecurity on July 1. She brings over two decades of public sector experience spanning cybersecurity, technology policy, digital transformation, and government strategy. Fong currently serves as Deputy Secretary at the Ministry of Digital Development and Information. She also held senior positions at CSA, including Assistant Chief Executive, contributing to the Cybersecurity Act.
