Lucas Johnstone - Upwind Security

Lucas Johnstone joined Upwind Security as its first Cloud Alliance Manager, tasked with building out the AWS co-sell, Security Hub, and Marketplace motion for the cloud-native security platform. The move follows four years at Mimecast, where Johnstone progressed from Business Development Representative to Technology Alliance Manager for the Americas, supporting AWS Marketplace expansion and technology partner integrations. Kristina Carpenter stepped into the Senior Channel Marketing Manager role for Global Distribution at Huntress, supporting the cybersecurity company's partner ecosystem expansion and distributor relationships. She arrives from Cisco, where she spent 11 years, most recently as Partner Marketing Manager for Distribution, managing a $26 million annual budget and driving go-to-market strategy across Cisco's two-tier reseller partner network. Further back, Carpenter held inside sales and business development roles at NetApp, building channel and partner sales experience early in her career. (source)

Michael Pristin - Gray Swan

Michael Pristin joined Gray Swan as a Machine Learning Engineer, working alongside AI safety researchers to help ensure AI models are safer and more beneficial. He arrives from Northwest Bank, where he spent over a year and a half as a Quantitative Analyst focused on data engineering and financial modeling. His background also includes undergraduate research at Imperial College London on data imputation and classification problems, alongside several years as a calculus instructor at the Russian School of Mathematics. Aygun S. - Cyera

Aygun S. was appointed Chief Brand Officer at Cyera, an AI data security platform, expanding her scope after serving as the company's CMO since April 2025. Most recently before Cyera, she held a CMO role at Sanity, where she repositioned the company and helped double ARR within a year, and before that spent two years as VP of Product Marketing at Datadog, leading a team of 40-plus technical PMMs across six markets. Further back, Aygun S. spent over five years at Salesforce, culminating as Senior Director and Head of AI Product Marketing, where she led marketing for more than 50 AI products. (source)

Lawrence G. - Upwind Security

At Upwind Security, Lawrence G. now works in cloud and AI security, making a career transition into the cybersecurity industry from the financial services sector. The move follows nearly two years as Branch Manager at West Capital Lending, and before that a Mortgage Loan Officer role at Vision Mortgage Group. His earlier work included senior mortgage specialist and licensed lending officer positions at GoodLeap and loanDepot respectively. (source)

Rasmus Thomsen joined Cyera as the company's first GTM hire in the Nordics, tasked with establishing and scaling the AI data security platform's presence across the region. He arrives from Ping Identity, where he spent just over a year as Enterprise Account Executive in Copenhagen, and before that held senior account executive roles at RELEX Solutions and Sprinklr. Adam Hale stepped into an Account Executive role at Upwind Security covering Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Wyoming, joining the cloud security platform's growing west region team. Before this move, Hale spent ten months as Enterprise Account Executive at Halcyon before being impacted by a reduction in force, and prior to that nearly three years at CyberArk as Sr. Enterprise Account Executive, achieving 237% of quota attainment in the first half of FY2025. Sandy Torres joined Cyera as Senior Customer Success Engineer, bringing deep technical customer success experience to the AI-era data security company. She arrives from Snyk, where she spent nearly five years progressing from Senior Customer Success Manager to Principal Technical Success Manager. Further back, Torres spent nearly six years at Akamai Technologies, advancing from Technical Project Manager to Engagement Manager, and earlier held a Solutions Architect role at Translations.com. Asaf Shoshani - Grip Security

Asaf Shoshani returned to Grip Security as VP of Product, rejoining the SaaS identity security company after building AI security product experience elsewhere. The move follows a brief Senior Product Manager role at Palo Alto Networks and before that a year as VP of Product at Aim Security, an AI security startup later acquired by Cato Networks. His earlier work included two years at Grip Security as a Product Architect in the CTO office, making this a return to the company where his product career began. (source)

Anant Tyagi has moved to Cyble as part of the company's North India team. His background includes business development roles focused on cybersecurity, information security, compliance, and enterprise technology solutions. Before this move, he served as Senior Business Development Manager at Team Computers, where he worked with security and audit-related offerings.
