Konstantinos Dolkas – Hack The Box

Konstantinos Dolkas became Chief Technology Officer at Hack The Box, overseeing engineering, technology strategy, platform architecture, and product delivery. He brings nearly 20 years of technology leadership experience spanning cybersecurity, software-as-a-service, mobility, and insurance. Before taking this role, Dolkas served as Chief Technology Officer at OWNR Deutschland. Christine Bartlett has been promoted to Chief Marketing Officer at Hack The Box after serving as Vice President of Marketing since 2025. She will lead global marketing, including brand, communications, product marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy. Before Hack The Box, Bartlett served as Chief Marketing Officer at SonicWall and has held senior marketing leadership positions at Cisco. Anneliese McDowell became Managing Director of Cyber Security at Interactive. She joins from CyberCX, where she most recently served as Executive Director of Strategy and Consulting. McDowell has held senior leadership roles at Telstra and Accenture, focusing on cyber resilience, strategy, and large-scale transformation programs. Mike Besecker will be the Chief Revenue Officer at Omega Systems after joining the company in late 2025 in the newly created role.
