Dr Kirsty Perrett joined Gartner as Senior Director Analyst within the Cyber Risk and Resilience team, focusing on OT and cyber-physical systems security. Prior to Gartner, Perrett spent more than six years at Thales handling OT cybersecurity architecture, resilience strategy, and critical infrastructure security programs. At Terra Security, Shay Marom now oversees research and development as the company's new VP R&D, bringing deep engineering expertise in endpoint security, XDR, and AI-driven cyber defense. He arrives from Palo Alto Networks, where he spent nearly seven years, most recently as Sr Director of Engineering for Cortex XDR Agent, leading a team of up to 87 engineers.
