Dr Kirsty Perrett - Gartner
Dr Kirsty Perrett joined Gartner as Senior Director Analyst within the Cyber Risk and Resilience team, focusing on OT and cyber-physical systems security. Prior to Gartner, Perrett spent more than six years at Thales handling OT cybersecurity architecture, resilience strategy, and critical infrastructure security programs. Earlier roles at NHS Wales involved cybersecurity product specialization, penetration testing, cyber operations, and network engineering responsibilities. (source)
Shay Marom - Terra Security
At Terra Security, Shay Marom now oversees research and development as the company's new VP R&D, bringing deep engineering expertise in endpoint security, XDR, and AI-driven cyber defense. He arrives from Palo Alto Networks, where he spent nearly seven years, most recently as Sr Director of Engineering for Cortex XDR Agent, leading a team of up to 87 engineers. Further back, Marom was a founding engineer at Secdo - later acquired by Palo Alto Networks - and before that held software architecture and engineering roles at McAfee, with earlier experience as a software R&D team leader in an IDF technological unit. Sydney Rossman-Reich stepped into the SVP of Marketing role at Tailscale, taking on expanded scope across both Marketing and Operations at the secure connectivity platform. Before this, Rossman-Reich spent nearly two years at Tailscale as VP of Marketing, and prior to that more than three years at DigitalOcean as Sr. Director of Digital Experience, where she led a 16-person demand generation and website strategy team. Christopher (Cristobal) Hetner - World Wide Technology
Christopher Hetner moved into the Chief Cyber Advisor role at World Wide Technology, where he now focuses on advancing cyber and AI risk governance across boardrooms and executive communities, helping organizations translate complex technology risk into business and regulatory decision-making. The move follows Hetner's ongoing tenure at NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors), where he has served as Cyber Risk Advisor since 2019, working with over 24,000 corporate directors. Ofir Shuves was appointed CISO at AppsFlyer, a mobile data analytics platform, bringing nearly five years of internal security leadership to the role after building the company's security operations program from the ground up. Most recently, he was at AppsFlyer as Head of Security Operations, a position he held for seven months following over four years as SecOps Manager.
