Xiaomi’s new Mi Pad 3 smartphone launched in China for just ¥1, 499

Xiaomi confirmed the launch of upcoming flagship Mi 6. After that, the company has also unveiled the next variant Mi pad 3 and its Pro model. The Mi pad 3 is available in China on 6th April. The next flagship comes with a metal alloy body that gives it a sleek and premium finish.

The Mi Pad 3 Pro is going to be the high-end version of the Mi pad 3 tablet. The Mi Pad is powered by a Hexa-core Media Tek 8176 chipset clocked at 2.1 GHz coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It supports a 7.9-inch IPS panel with 2048 * 1536 resolution with a pixel density of 325 PPI.

It's Pixel features are 13 MP camera at the rear with a 5 MP sensor for video calls and selfie. It is powered by a 6600mAh battery comes with 5V/2A fast charging support. It runs MiUi 8 on top of Android. Connectivity option include USB Type-c, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.1 and more.

The Xiaomi Mi Pad 3 64GB is priced at 1499 Yuan (roughly Rs.14,000), while the 128GB variant tablet will be available at 1599 Yuan (roughly Rs 15,149). It will sale on April 6 in China at Xiaomi Mall, Lynx, Jingong, Suning and Mi Home.
