Spoiler Alert

This article reveals what is shown in the Thunderbolts post-credit scene leak.

Thunderbolts is one of the most highly anticipated Marvel offerings this year. The trailers for it have impressed viewers with its action, comedy, and big villain- Sentry. The movie has also received a wave of early positive reviews from early screenings, which has boosted people’s eagerness to see it.

During these screenings, the Thunderbolts post-credit scene leaks were spread online, and it looks like the film will set up the upcoming MCU offerings. In this article, we will discuss what was revealed in the post-credits scenes.

What is Shown in the Thunderbolts Mid-Credits Scene?

Thunderbolts has one mid-credits and one post-credits scene. As per the Marvel Studios subreddit, the mid-credits scene is apparently just a joke where Alexei tries to convince a lady in a grocery store to buy Wheaties with the team’s face on the box. While she does initially take the box, she later leaves it at the end of the aisle and then moves away hurriedly.

What is Shown in the Thunderbolts Post-Credits Scene?

In the Thunderbolts post-credit scene leak, 14 months have passed since the film's events. We see the heroes sitting around a table talking about how Sam Wilson, the new Captain America, is unhappy with them using the title “New Avengers” as he is building his own team. Alexei suggests using the name "New Avengerz" to avoid Sam’s wrath.

The computer then notifies them of a ship coming to Earth. It is then shown that the ship has the “4” logo of the Fantastic Four painted on it. This suggests that maybe the Fantastic Four couldn’t protect their world from Galactus’ attack and had to escape to the Earth-616 timeline. As such, this could set up the highly anticipated Avengers: Doomsday film.

Thunderbolts is set to hit theaters on Friday, May 2, 2025
