OnePlus 5 is expected to be launched in the month of June or July

The Chinese Phonemaker OnePlus decide to launch their new flagship "OnePlus 5". The CEO of OnePlus, Peta Lau has just released an image on his official Weibo page.

The company officially confirmed on a new Flagship. Peta said that “OnePlus employees are working without a break in order to bring a ‘big surprise’ for its consumers". The image shows employee working on the gears of a phone and is accompanied by the words "indulge in labour without a break, just to make a big surprise", followed by OnePlus' hashtag "#NeverSettle".

The latest rumours leaks that OnePlus will feature 8GB of RAM powered by the Snapdragon 835 SoC coupled with the Adreno 540 GPU. It is expected to follow the short bezels and come with a Quad HD resolution.

The device might come with 256GB and no external storage via microSD, and it includes a dual-camera setup. It has a slim design and 7 mm of thickness. Its battery size is 3000mAh and sport a 5,5-inch with QHD resolution. It runs on pre-installed Android Nougat, to get the company's custom UI, OxygenOS. OnePlus 5 smartphone is cheaper compared to its competitors.

The new handsets OnePlus 5 is expected to be launched in the month of June or July as the OnePlus 3 was announced in June, the OP2 in July.
