NordVPN has announced a new partnership with CrowdStrike aimed at strengthening its Threat Protection Pro™ feature. CrowdStrike’s Threat Intelligence is powered by its Counter Adversary Operations, which monitors more than 265 sophisticated threat groups worldwide, including nation-state actors, eCrime groups, and hacktivists. For current users, the integration works automatically. There is no need to install additional software or manually enable new settings, as long as Threat Protection Pro™ is already turned on.
Threat Protection Pro™ is a built-in cybersecurity feature within the NordVPN app. It helps block malware, scan downloaded files for threats, and prevent intrusive ads and trackers from loading.
Users can access the feature by opening the NordVPN app, selecting the shield icon in the left-hand menu, and toggling the desired protection options. Once enabled, the tool runs in the background.
