The final three episodes of Andor season two have landed, and they don’t hold back. Set in the fateful year of BBY 1, the final act of the series draws a bold, tragic, and defiant line between the shadows of rebellion and the dawn of Rogue One.
Cassian Andor may be edging closer to his destiny, but it’s Luthen Rael, Dedra Meero, and Kleya Marki who steal the spotlight in these haunting final moments. Here's a breakdown of everything that happened in Andor season 2 episodes 10 to 12.
The war for the galaxy turns personal. Luthen Rael meets with Lonni Jung, who delivers critical intel: Director Krennic is building a weapon of mass destruction—what will soon be known as the Death Star. But Lonni’s attempt to extract himself from the game is met with cold pragmatism; Luthen kills him to preserve the secrecy of the Rebellion.
Meanwhile, Dedra Meero corners Luthen at his Coruscant gallery. She has finally connected the dots: the Axis is Luthen Rael. But before she can interrogate him, Luthen stabs himself in an apparent act of self-sacrifice. He survives—for now—but the ISB takes him into custody.
Flashbacks reveal how a young Luthen met Kleya, their first mission together on Naboo, and the grim beginnings of their Rebellion. In the present, Kleya infiltrates the Imperial hospital, kills guards, and unhooks Luthen from life support. She kisses his forehead and vanishes into the chaos as her mentor dies a martyr.
Elsewhere, Dedra is arrested by the ISB for interfering with the Axis investigation—a poetic punishment considering her obsession with control.
Dedra, now detained, finds herself face to face with Krennic, who’s livid over her unauthorized research into Project Stardust. Ironically, it was her secret notes that tipped off the Rebellion. She becomes the very reason the Rebels learn about the Death Star.
The ISB begins hunting Kleya, who reaches out to Wilmon Paak. He alerts Cassian, K-2SO, and Melshi, who set out for Coruscant. But tensions are high—Kleya reveals that Luthen was cast aside by Rebel leaders, despite being the architect of the Alliance.
The episode ends with Imperial forces closing in on the safe house. K-2SO fights to defend the crew, but the Rebellion’s foundation trembles as it stands on the brink of exposure.
It's an all-out war in the shadows. A standoff erupts between the Rebels and the ISB. K-2SO pulls off a heroic rescue, allowing Cassian and crew to escape once again.
On Yavin 4, Rebel leaders are divided. Saw Gerrera, Mon Mothma, Bail Organa, and even Admiral Ackbar clash over the truth of the Empire’s weapon. Cassian pleads Luthen’s case—his sacrifices should not be in vain. But a wary Bail confines him to quarters. The fear of what’s coming is palpable.
Elsewhere, ISB officer Partagaz listens to Karis Nemik’s manifesto and overcome with guilt or fear, takes his own life. Eventually, the tide turns. The Alliance entrusts Cassian with a final mission: meet Tivick on Khafrene—the fateful encounter that begins Rogue One. Bail, now all in, tells him: “May the Force be with you.”
The episode ends with stunning, silent montages: Cassian boards his ship, Wilmon walks with his lover, Kleya finds purpose again, and Bix—carrying Cassian’s child—looks to a future he’ll never see. Meanwhile, Dedra rots in prison. Saw waits on Jedha. Krennic watches as the Death Star nears completion.
Cassian’s fate is sealed—we know how Rogue One ends—but Andor’s finale hints at something deeper. Bix is pregnant. Kleya lives. The fight endures. Even in death, Luthen’s flame burns on. These final episodes transform Andor from a rebellion origin story into a haunting meditation on sacrifice, secrecy, and the cost of hope.
Also, with seeds planted for Kleya, Wilmon, and even Bix’s child, it’s clear: the story might be ending—but the fight is far from over.
