How to Watch The Right Stuff on Disney+

By Gabriela Vatu / October 8, 2020

The Right Stuff is getting remade for Disney+ and we're going to get to watch the series soon enough. We're going to check how we can all watch The Right Stuff online!

If the name "The Right Stuff" sounds familiar, that's because back in 1983 there was a movie that had the same name. Both the 80's movie and the new Disney+ series are based on the same book by Tom Wolfe, so we're just getting a brand new twist on this novel.

What Is The Right Stuff About?

The series takes us into America's first "reality show" as the astronauts from Mercury Seven, along with their families, became celebrities overnight. The film features Jake McDorman, Patrick J. Adams, James Lafferty, Aaron Staton, and many others.

Does The Right Stuff Have a Trailer?

Absolutely! You can definitely check out The Right Stuff trailer that Disney+ released a while back. Check it out below!

When to Watch The Right Stuff?

The Right Stuff will debut on Disney+ on October 9th when we'll get two episodes to stream. The other six episodes will get released every week on Friday, through November 20th.

How Can I Watch The Right Stuff on Disney+?

As we already mentioned, The Right Stuff is an original Disney+ show, so we can't wait to watch it. This means, however, that we'll need to have a Disney+ subscription in order to watch.

Disney+ is already available in multiple countries around the world. In the United States you can subscribe to the service individually for $6.99 per month or $69.99 per year or alongside Hulu and ESPN+ for $12.99 per month.

Elsewhere, you'll only have the option for the standalone Disney+ subscription which will cost somewhere around the same sum as it does in the United States, but in local currency.

There are Disney+ apps available for a multitude of platforms, including mobile devices and tablets running on Android and iOS, smart TVs, gaming consoles, and loads more.

Can I Watch The Right Stuff Elsewhere?

Unfortunately, watching The Right Stuff can only be done on Disney+ since it's an original show. There are very little chances we'll get to stream this show elsewhere, outside of maybe Hulu sometime in the future. Also, it remains to be seen whether we'll get to buy the series. However, considering the price of shows on various platforms, it's cheaper to get a Disney+ subscription.
