The Way of the Househusband Live-Action Film Release Date Announced
The official website for Gokushufudo: the Cinema, the live-action film of Kousuke Oono's The Way of the Househusband, has just unveiled a new poster visual and trailer for the film. The trailer previews the film's theme song, "2way nice guy," by musical duo Creepy Nuts. In addition to the poster and the theme song, the production also revealed the upcoming film's release date!

The live-action adaptation of The Way of the Househusband is slated to release on June 3, 2022. Several cast members from the manga's previous live-action series are reprising their roles for the film. Director Toichiro Ruto, who also helmed the live-action series, has also returned for the upcoming film. Check out the recently released trailer for the upcoming film below:

"Who would have ever thought that the most feared gangster of his time now spends his days as a modest househusband? Seemingly giving up the way of the yakuza, the legendary "Immortal Dragon" Tatsu, best known for his prolific skirmishes against rival gangs, has abruptly vanished. Unbeknownst to most, however, Tatsu is currently staying at an apartment with his wife, doing his best to live a peaceful life.
