Also, just when the group starts to find its footing, a very familiar face returns, reigniting old flames and shaking the group to its core.

Who’s in the cast of The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 19?

The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 19 Trailer

Season 19 of The Real Housewives of Orange County kicks off with a bang—literally, as every cast member is hooked up to a polygraph test in the very first scene. "There’s a snake in this group," warns Shannon Beador, while Tamra Judge coldly declares, "No one likes a liar." The drama doesn’t stop there: even the polygraph examiner drops the mic, whispering at one point, "She’s so full of s--t."

The trailer teases two cast trips—one wild ride through New Orleans (yes, Tamra lifts her shirt at Mardi Gras) and another to Amsterdam, where Jenn Pedranti is seen embracing the energy. But back home, secrets and accusations threaten to tear the group apart.

Tamra vs. Gretchen resurfaces as the show’s longest-running feud heats up again. "Twelve years you’ve been going after me!" Tamra yells. "It’s not the same thing," Gretchen Rossi coolly replies. Slade Smiley even gets involved, calling Tamra "Captain Evil." And if that weren’t enough, Gretchen makes a jaw-dropping confession: "I broke his p*nis, for real," she says of Slade, who confirms with a grin, "It happened."

Meanwhile, Emily Simpson brings the fire with her own bombshell: "Gretchen said that you had an affair," she tells Tamra, igniting even more tension. Later, Emily FaceTimes Slade and presses him, "There’s audio of them having s*x?" prompting Tamra to tell Heather Dubrow, "She’s lying."

Jennifer Pedranti also finds herself at odds with Tamra, revealing during a tense exchange with her fiancé Ryan Boyajian, "I don’t want Tamra at our wedding." She later vents to Heather, "That f--king woman caused so much pain."

Heather Dubrow, meanwhile, takes the spotlight in a Bravo crossover with Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles. Greeting realtors Josh Altman and Josh Flagg with a cheerful "Hi, kids!", she praises their work. Altman jokes, "Only you could make this happen," about selling her massive L.A. estate, while teasing Flagg, "I’ll give Josh a higher commission if he goes down there," referring to the cliffside yard.

The polygraph examiner even pokes at Heather’s franchise loyalty, asking, "Would you rather be a Housewife of Beverly Hills?" She doesn’t answer—but her reaction says plenty.

Katie Ginella, in her second season, gets labeled by Tamra as a "silent assassin," while Shannon accuses her of doing something “illegal.” Tensions with the group mount as Katie struggles to find real connections. Shannon also faces awkward questions about her dating life. When asked if she made out with “multiple men in Newport,” she proudly responds, "Yes."

Emily’s personal life gets raw when she shares her heartbreak over her son Luke’s emotional struggles. "Luke… he’s sad, and it breaks my heart. I have this son that’s in crisis, and I feel alone in that," she says through tears. "We’re gonna end up divorced."

Gina Kirschenheiter also opens up about her relationship with Travis: "Whenever Travis and I are happy, we pay for it." From polygraph interrogations and renewed rivalries to personal breakdowns and wild international escapades, RHOC Season 19 is gearing up to be a truth-bomb-laden rollercoaster. As Emily yells in the final moments: "Nobody believes you. Not even the lie detector test!"

Why is Heather Dubrow Selling her Beverly Hills mansion?

Heather Dubrow and her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, officially listed their Beverly Hills mansion for sale in March 2025, enlisting the help of real estate pros Josh Flagg and Josh Altman. The couple is preparing for a new chapter — trading their sprawling estate for a penthouse lifestyle in Los Angeles.

Altman explained the timing to TMZ, saying, “I don’t know anywhere else you can get eight prime acres, sitting on top of Beverly Hills, completely unobstructed, anywhere near this price point.” He added that the Dubrows are entering their empty-nester phase — with only their youngest, Ace, still living at home — and are looking forward to traveling more.

The 8,997-square-foot estate features five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and sweeping city views. On Instagram, Heather shared a behind-the-scenes moment from the sale effort, posting a photo with Flagg and Altman and writing: “How many [Joshes] does it take to sell the best 8.3 acre Tennis court estate in Beverly Hills?

How did Heather and Terry Dubrow Renovate Their L.A. home before they put it on the Market?

Heather and Terry Dubrow took on an ambitious renovation project after purchasing their Beverly Hills mansion for $16 million in 2023, following the $55 million sale of their Newport Beach home in 2022. Real estate agent Josh Altman played a pivotal role in both deals, representing the Dubrows during their Newport sale and introducing them to their new L.A. property — a moment captured on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Season 15.

Man, that view will not get old,” Altman remarked on the show as he walked the couple through the estate. He later added in a confessional (via Bravo TV), “It’s a quintessential Beverly Hills estate. Major pedigree, perched above all of L.A. If you had to find eight acres to sit perfectly above a city, this is it.”

Despite its prestige and price tag, the home needed significant work. As seen in RHOC Season 18, the Dubrows began renovating almost immediately. “This house, we’re going to take down to the studs,” Heather explained. “But in the meantime, I threw some staged furniture in there, and we moved in.”

The upgrades were extensive — they estimated spending between $2 to $3 million on landscaping, “just over 2 million” on the guest house, and another $1 million on a home movie theater. All told, the renovations were expected to total around $32 million.

What is Tamra Judge’s Status with the show?

Tamra Judge sparked exit rumors in March 2025 when she appeared to quit The Real Housewives of Orange County mid-filming during a cast trip to New Orleans. “It was a long run!” she wrote via her Instagram Story at the time. “When life gives you real problems this reality s*** doesn’t make sense. Peace out … I’m out.”

While Andy Cohen didn’t confirm any details, he addressed the speculation on Radio Andy, saying (via US Magazine), “I can’t comment on what’s going on while we’re filming shows.”

He also reminded fans that Judge’s close friend, Teddi Mellencamp, is battling serious health issues: “I guess the only thing that is at the top of my mind is that one of her best friends, if not her best friend, is going through an incredibly intense health crisis. So maybe keep that in mind, otherwise I really don’t have anything to say on the subject.”

Despite the temporary break, Judge returned to filming on March 18, when she was seen having lunch with Heather Dubrow at Ospi in Costa Mesa, California (via US Magazine).

Is Gretchen Rossi Returning to RHOC Season 19?

Yes, Gretchen Rossi is returning to The Real Housewives of Orange County for Season 19 — but not as a full-time cast member. Rossi will appear as a “friend” of the cast in the upcoming season.

Rossi originally joined RHOC in season four while engaged to Jeff Beitzel, who sadly passed away from cancer before the season premiered in November 2008. She later began a relationship with original cast member Slade Smiley, famously proposing to him via helicopter during season eight, which aired in 2013, before exiting the show shortly after.

I am excited about it, and she’s very kind,” Shannon Beador told US Magazine in February 2025 about Rossi’s return. “She’s been nothing but sweet to me, so I think she’s going to be a good addition,” she added.

Ginella also voiced her support for Rossi’s comeback, telling Us at a Let’s Help LA fundraiser in January 2025, “I met Gretchen, and she’s a lovely woman. We’ve become really good friends. Jenn [Pedranti] and I hang out with her all the time. I love Gretchen.”

Will Alexis Bellino Return to ‘RHOC’ for Season 19?

Alexis Bellino will not be returning for The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 19

She confirmed her exit during a December 2024 appearance on iHeartRadio’s “Going Rogue” podcast (via US Magazine), saying, “I was not asked back next season. I can’t say it came as a shock, it did not come as a shock … I guess I wasn’t really prepared [because] I didn’t think contracts were coming out — like, I thought we had more time. … [So] it was a shock when the call came, but I was never shocked about that information.”

Shannon Beador later weighed in on the news, telling US Weekly exclusively, “I have zero power with the network or production or anyone, and I would never want to interfere with someone’s livelihood. But, Alexis Bellino is a TV star, and she’s been a TV star for 15 years, so I’m sure she’ll get a new gig sometime very soon.”

Despite her short-lived return in season 18, Bellino’s absence in the upcoming season has already stirred conversation among longtime fans.

Will Elizabeth Vargas Return for RHOC Season 19?

Elizabeth Vargas was spotted filming The Real Housewives of Orange County at Emily Simpson’s fundraising event for The Innocence Center on April 16, sparking speculation about her return for Season 19.

While Bravo has not confirmed her official role, Vargas—who previously appeared as a full-time Housewife in Season 15—may be making a comeback in some capacity.
