Another independent verification of Surfshark's no-logs policy confirms the company's continued dedication to customer privacy. In a recent assurance evaluation of its systems and internal procedures, the VPN provider revealed that international auditing company Deloitte has verified that Surfshark did not track or log user activities.

The evaluation, which included a thorough examination of the business's infrastructure, was founded on the ISAE 3000 standard, according to Surfshark. To make sure that privacy-related practices comply with Surfshark's no-logs policy, Deloitte conducted staff interviews, examined server settings, and monitored privacy-related protocols. The audit also covered a variety of Surfshark’s server types, including standard, static, and multiport VPN servers.

The result? Surfshark passed the test. The findings confirmed that the no-logs policy is effectively applied across all relevant servers and systems. Users can access the full audit report through their Surfshark account.

This isn't Surfshark’s first audit of this kind, but the company emphasizes that such verifications aren’t a one-time event. Instead, they are part of its ongoing effort to build trust through transparency.

In an era where digital privacy is constantly threatened, independent verification is a crucial pillar of trust for any digital services,” said Donatas Budvytis, CTO at Surfshark. “Having Deloitte, one of the Big Four auditing firms, reconfirming that is a big confirmation of privacy and transparency to our current and future users.

For users, this means reassurance that Surfshark is operating according to strict privacy standards. The company states that no logs of browsing history, connection timestamps, or online behavior are kept, offering peace of mind to anyone using the service.

Surfshark plans to continue conducting these independent audits regularly. The goal is to maintain accountability and uphold its promise: your online activity stays private.
