Sling TV has a few more channels to offer and Roku users can add them up even if they don’t have a Sling TV subscription. According to Sling TV, these channels can be added to your list on Roku with or without a Sling TV subscription, but they are also available to regular subscribers.
You can start off by adding Magnolia Selects for $5 per month, which offers a large library of independent features, including Oscar-winning documentaries like Man on Wire, or comedies like Alan Partridge.
On top of having access to the film library, Magnolia Selects also offers a curated suite of standalone channels that focus on specific movie genres for $3 per month. DOX, for instance, features great documentaries and docuseries, while Warriors & Gangsters come with adrenaline-filled movies. Monsters & Nightmares features horror, sci-fi and thriller movies, while Stingray Qello, which is $8 per month, offers on-demand full-length concert films and music documentaries so you can watch recordings of live performances from the likes of Beyonce, Elton John, or Blake Shelton to name a few.
