Sachin Tendulkar and Smartron launches the srt.phone in India for Rs 12,999

On Wednesday, the legend Sachin Tendulkar and Smartron launched the srt.phone, the smartphones have been manufactured by some inputs from the man himself.

The smartphones have been launched in two storage variants in India, the 32GB variant priced at Rs. 12,999 and 64GB variant priced at Rs.13,999. The new handsets compete with the upcoming smartphones like Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 and Moto G5 in India.

SRT.phone runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box with slightly tweaked TronX OS on top. This brand promises to release 2-3 major software updates for this devices.

The new handsets will sports a sports a 5.5 inch (1920 × 1080 pixels) resolution with IPS LCD full HD display with 401 PPI and corning gorilla glass 3 for protection. It is powered by 64-bit snapdragon 652 octa-core processor clocked at 1.8GHz nd coupled with Adreno 510 GPU. The device will be 32 Gb and 64 GB of RAM and then further expandable via microSD slot.

On the camera front, srt.phone features a 13MP rear shooter with Auto Focus with PDAF, F2.0, BIS Sensor, and flash. A 5MP wide angle front camera is also there for video recording. Connectivity features include 4G VOLTE, Wi-Fi, NFC, OTG, Bluetooth 4.1 and 3.5 mm audio jack. Phone sensors include Finger Print, Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Proximity Sensor, Ambient Light Sensor and Digital Compass. SRT phone supports Dual micro SIM slots (srt.phone) and comes in Titanium Gray colors.

The SRT phones also come with an unlimited tCloud storage option and pre-installed apps like tcare, tservices.
