Dawn Zimmer – U.S. Department of Energy

Dawn Zimmer has been appointed Chief Information Officer at the U.S. Department of Energy after serving as Acting CIO and Principal Deputy CIO. She will lead enterprise-wide IT and cybersecurity initiatives supporting DOE’s national mission, drawing on more than 25 years of leadership across federal agencies, academia and the private sector. Brian Blakley – Bellini Capital / ConnectSecure

Brian Blakley has been appointed Chief Information Security Officer for Bellini Capital and for its portfolio company ConnectSecure. He will lead cybersecurity strategy, workforce development and the expansion of ConnectSecure’s vulnerability management capabilities for MSPs, bringing more than 20 years of experience in enterprise risk, compliance and managed security operations. Scott Ingram – QC Ally

Scott Ingram has been appointed Chief Information Officer at QC Ally, where he will oversee technology strategy, cybersecurity, data governance and cloud infrastructure. Ingram, who previously served as Interim CIO, brings more than two decades of experience in cyber leadership and secure system modernization across mortgage, fintech and global technology sectors. Alexander Zelikovsky has been appointed Chief Information Officer at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc., where he will lead enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity, data architecture and AI-driven digital transformation. Nick Catherall – HESTA

Nick Catherall has been appointed General Manager of Information Security at HESTA, bringing more than two decades of financial-sector security experience, including CISO roles at CHUBB and AVIVA and senior security leadership at ANZ. Carole House has joined the Darkstrike board, bringing extensive experience as former Special Advisor to the White House National Security Council on cybersecurity and critical infrastructure and as NSC Director for Secure Digital Innovation. Mike Horton has been appointed Senior Advisor at Darkstrike. He spent nearly twenty years at the Department of Homeland Security as Chief Data Officer and Deputy CIO and now serves as VP of National Security at ASRC Federal, specializing in cybersecurity modernization and data governance. (source)

Mike Price has joined VulnCheck as Vice President of Product and Engineering. Price previously served as Chief Technology Officer at ZeroFox and brings decades of cybersecurity leadership, spanning roles at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Foundstone, McAfee and multiple startups acquired by Symantec and ZeroFox. Wrobel previously led product development at Blend and held leadership roles at Evernote and VMware. Ian Oppermann – ACCC

Dr Ian Oppermann has been appointed commissioner at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, bringing more than 30 years of experience in data science, digital identity, AI governance and technology standards. He previously chaired data standards for Digital ID and the Consumer Data Right and served as New South Wales’ inaugural chief data scientist. Joseph “Joedy” Lenz has been appointed Chief Information Officer of S&P Global Mobility, bringing more than 25 years of technology leadership experience. Lenz previously served as CTO at CARFAX, where he drove cloud modernization, established the company’s cybersecurity practice, and launched its AI and machine-learning center of excellence. Stephen Leonard – Celerity
Stephen Leonard has joined Celerity as Advisor to the Board, supporting the firm’s expansion into the US IBM Power market and its cyber-recovery solution, Copy Assure. Leonard brings extensive leadership experience from IBM, including roles as CEO of IBM UK and General Manager of IBM Americas, along with senior positions at Kyndryl. Samir Orahovac – Cybersecurity Agency of Montenegro

Samir Orahovac has been appointed acting director of Montenegro’s Cybersecurity Agency, following his service on the government’s Cybersecurity Incident Response Team.
