All New OnePlus 6 Bright Red Colorway; Sale from July 10th

• A brand new, bright red colorway for the OnePlus 6 is here, forget the usual gold, grey, and black.
• Whilst the company has produced red versions of their OnePlus 5T, OnePlus maintains that the new version is different.
• The new variant sees the company’s flagship phone get an improvement to a bright red, with a glossy finish and silver accents.

OnePlus branded a red teaser last week, which is a short display that indirectly makes public the product being teased. They also updated their YouTube banner with red OnePlus 6 photo (hint).

However, it is easy to speculate, given the all-encompassing emphasis on the red color in the display. The brand has now made the unveiling of the OnePlus 6 Red official through a post on the company’s official blog. They said that the new color will be referred to as Amber Red.

According to the company, the OnePlus 5T Lava Red Edition was quite widely held, but they wanted to take a different course this year, a more restrained approached. To yield a color that phlebotomized passion as it maintains an ounce of restraint.

The new OnePlus 6 Red comes with a dark red finish that the company claims to have made by using premium materials, never used before six panels of glass. As a result, the phone looks upmarket and exceptional.

The glass coating on it is also engineered to provide more depth. In addition to the design, the OnePlus 6 Red seems to carry similar specs as the other variations. It offers 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. OnePlus 6 Red features a 6.28-inch full HD+ display, not to mention that it is powered by strikingly fast QUALCOMM Snapdragon 845 processor.

It is installed with a dual rear camera setup, which is made of 16 megapixels and 20 megapixels image sensors. At the front is a 16 megapixels selfie camera. It is all backed by a 3300 mAh battery that also supports OnePlus 6 Red fast charge technology.

The phone will be presented next week, in the 8 GB + 128 GB size. The sales will begin on July 10th for a price tag of $579, which is a similar price as the one for the Silk White and Black colors of alike specifications.

The other items that will be on sale on the same date are the company’s Bullets Wireless headphones. The phone will be available in India as of July 16th with a price tag of $583 (INR 39,999) and will be available via OnePlus or Amazon.
