Today, Microsoft is launching a new surface Laptop device and the image leaked last night.

It features sports Intel's 7th Generation Kaby-Lake processors at their main portion and having a Core i5 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM and a 128GB SSD for storage purposes.
You have the option to upgrade to a Core i7 processor and a myriad of memory and storage configurations. The display size is a 13.5-inch full-HD (1920×1080) PixelSense LCD touchscreen panel with a 3:2 aspect ratio. The company bundles the notebook with an Alcantara fabric Keyboard, similar in Surface Pro 4. If you want to cool all this hardware without making any externally visible cooling vents, Microsoft has used a vapor chamber cooling technology on all heat-pipes along the back of the laptop to dissipate the heat.
The battery life claims 14.5 hours off stand-on and the connectivity features include USB port, a mini DisplayPort, the proprietary Surface power connector, an SD card slot and a 3.5mm audio jack. The new device weighs in at 1.25Kg and 9.9mm to 14.47mm thickness.
Surface Laptop is capable of working with Windows Ink and Windows Hello, although the user has the option to upgrade the OS to the full at Home or Pro Edition thus bypassing the restriction. One of the competitors of this Surface Laptop is Apple's MacBook Air series off devices. But the new devices have a powerful hardware and provides a longer battery life.
