HTC U 11 handset specification leaks

Already we have seen a lot rumors about the upcoming HTC U 11, but this alleged Geekbench leak confirms many of the usual things. The next flagship phone which is expected to be unveiled on May 16th.

The handset will feature a Gorilla Glass 5 protected 5.5-inch display with a 1440 x 2560 (QHD) resolution. The Snapdragon 835 chipset is under the hood carrying an octa-core CPU and the Adreno 540 GPU. 4GB/6GB of RAM is inside along with 64GB/128GB of native storage. A 2TB microSD slot is available for those seeking additional storage.

On the Camera features, the rear facing camera have 12 MP (Ultra Pixel 3) with an aperture of f/1.7. And the front-facing has an /2.0 aperture and takes a better selfie.

A fingerprint scanner is on board, and the U 11 has an IP 57 certification rating; this means that the handset can be submerged in up to 3.2-feet for as long as 30-minutes, and still survive. Somewhat disappointing is the 3000mAh battery that keeps the hamster wheel spinning, but Quick Charge 3.0 will refresh the cell quickly.

The new smartphones come with Hi-Res Audio and 3D Audio Recording, it supports dual nano SIM cards, NFC and Edge Sense. The new feature that allows you to squeeze the phone to call up applications and HTC has teased the Edge Sense feature.
