Google Maps will now allow users to share their real-time location to any of their contacts

Now, Google is making it easier for user sharing their location. The company is rolling out the real-time location sharing features to Google Maps.

If you are sharing your location, will be able to see it on Android, iPhone, mobile web and even desktop.

When you share your location, the chosen people have to share with will see you on their maps. There is one icon above the compass on your own map will remind you, that you are actively sharing your location. And anytime you can be able to stop your location sharing.
The user will be able to share their real-time location and trip from navigation by tapping ‘more’ button, it is on the bottom of the navigation screen and after tapping ‘share location’.

Once you finish this process, the receiver will see your expected arrival time and can easily follow your journey. After you arrive the destination point automatically the sharing will stop.
