fuboTV will be adding Disney channels to its platform starting with August 1st, and the events are already listed on fuboTV’s schedule, so you can check them out now.

Back in June, it was announced that fuboTV had reached a deal with Disney Media to add ESPN, ABC, and a bunch of other channels. Back then, the announcement mentioned “summer” plans with no exact date.

However, now some events have popped up on fuboTV’s schedule for ESPN, ABC, and other channels covered by the deal. For instance, on August 1st, we have the Heat featuring Nuggets in one of the first NBA return games on ESPN.

fuboTV was initially built as a sports platform, featuring dozens of dedicated channels, but they’ve since expanded to included loads of entertainment options. With ESPN being one of the top sports networks, many fans were always worrying that it was missing from fuboTV, as they were not getting the full sports experience.

fuboTV won’t just add ESPN to the list, but also ABC, BC News Live, Disney Channel, Disney Junior, Disney XD, Freeform, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN3, ESPNU, ESPNews, ESPN Deportes, in-market for SEC Network, and ACC Network, FX, FXX, FXM, National Geographic, Nat Geo Wild, Nat Geo Mundo, BabyTV, and Fox Life.

With the addition to our lineup of the ESPN suite of channels, we continue to make good on our promise to sports fans to be the undisputed home of professional and college sports. fubo is equally delighted to add the storied Disney, ABC, FX and Nat Geo networks to round out a robust programming portfolio for the whole family to enjoy,” said David Gandler, fuboTV Co-founder and CEO, back in June.

This is great news for sports fans, as fuboTV will get access to a lot more content, including UFC Fight Nights, NFL, NBA, tennis, and so on. We’ll eagerly wait for August to come in order to watch ESPN and ABC on fuboTV!
