Dr. STONE Manga Final Chapter Released; Senku Says Goodbye!
It's hard to say goodbye to a series you've loved and followed from the beginning, and the Dr. STONE manga is no exception. As speculated some time ago, the Dr. STONE manga series has ended! The official English Shonen Jump Twitter account announced on Sunday that the final chapter of Riichiro Inagaki and Boichi's popular science manga is already available to read.
The Dr. STONE manga series started on March 6, 2017, in Weekly Shonen Jump from writer Riichiro Inagaki and illustrator Boichi, ending with 232 chapters of SciFi adventures! The story follows teenage scientific genius Senku Ishigami, who plans to rebuild civilization after humanity was mysteriously petrified for 3,700 years.
An anime series adaptation by TMS Entertainment aired from July to December 2019. The second season of the anime series focused on the "Stone Wars" arc aired from January to March 2021. A television special titled Dr. Stone: Ryusui will premiere in July 2022.
Season 3 of Dr. STONE is set to release in 2023.
