Hagit Ynon – Pentera

Hagit Ynon has been named Chief Financial Officer at Pentera, joining the cybersecurity company as it continues its global expansion. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer at WalkMe, where she helped lead the company’s Nasdaq IPO and its $1.5 billion acquisition by SAP. Earlier, she spent nearly two decades at NICE, rising to Vice President of Finance, after starting her career at PwC. In her new role, she will oversee Finance, IT, Legal, and Revenue Operations. Nate Fick has joined the Board of Directors at Eos Energy Enterprises as an independent director, bringing extensive experience in cybersecurity and digital policy.
