Amazon will launch Fire TV Stick in India sooner

On Wednesday, Amazon has introduced a new version of its Fire TV Stick with Alexa Voice Remote. Actually, the streaming device was supposed to launch late last year when Amazon launched prime video service in India but it got delayed due to some reason.

According to the latest reports said that the Fire TV Stick's price will be INR 1,999($31) for prime users, for non-prime users' cost will be INR 3,999.

Amazon has officially entered the streaming set- top box battle that may ultimately decide the future of how we get content onto our TV screens. It is one of the cheaper services of Prime membership in India than the price difference between prime and non-prime variants.

The new version run a customised version of Andriod and it has also support for Android apps and games. To watch in 1080p quality pictures and comes with an Alexa Voice remote allowing you to search for content using voice commands.

Amazon said that its Fire TV Stick has 50% more processing power and twice the memory of chrome cast, it has six times the power of the Roku Streaming Stick.

The Fire TV Stich also support the streaming service such as Netflix, Hulu Plus, HBO Now, YouTube, ESPN, Spotify, NBA games, Pandora, and Vevo. This year, Amazon launched a $99 Fire TV Streaming media box, which gives exclusive offer include gaming and other services. The new streaming service roll out in India soon.
