An active-duty U.S. Air Force Airman, Christian Keilberg, 34, has pleaded guilty in Trenton federal court to a charge of receiving more than 600 images of child pornography from November 2020 through November 2022. In another child pornography case, Francisco Andres-Medina, 35, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was sentenced to 180 months for requesting sexually explicit images and videos from a minor.
Christian Keilberg Child Pornography Case
The criminal activity took place while Keilberg was living and working at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. According to court documents and statements, Keilberg utilized online chat applications and social media to exchange sexually explicit messages and solicit images and videos of the victims engaging in sexually explicit conduct.Â
A search of his electronic devices, which were found in his on-base housing, revealed over 600 images of child pornography, including depictions of children between the ages of 12 and 15.Â
The charge of receipt of child pornography carries a mandatory minimum of five years and a potential maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, along with a fine of up to $250,000. Keilberg is scheduled for sentencing on June 18, 2026.
Francisco Andres-Medina Child Pornography Case
Andres-Medina was sentenced to 180 months in prison after pleading guilty to charges of receiving child pornography and transferring obscene material to a minor. Court documents revealed that in March and April 2020, Medina communicated online with a 15-year-old victim from New Jersey.Â
Documents say that despite knowing the victim's age, Medina sent obscene photographs of himself and coerced the victim into creating and sending him sexually explicit images and videos. Medina's actions escalated as he directed the victim to produce a video of herself engaging in sexual activity with another individual.Â
This child pornography case was part of the Project Safe Childhood initiative, a nationwide Department of Justice program established in 2006 to combat child sexual exploitation. Recently, the FBI arrested an alleged member of the 764 Group for receiving CSAM over a three-month period ending in December 2024.
