World Trigger Filler List and Watch Order
World Trigger is an anime with 99 episodes across three seasons, including 16 filler episodes. This article will provide you with a World Trigger filler list, so keep reading to find out.
Based on the manga of the same name written and illustrated by Daisuke Ashihara, World Trigger seemed irredeemable after the poorly executed season one. Still, fans were pleasantly surprised with the second one. In 2014, Toei Animation produced the first season, which covered around five story arcs from the manga and consisted of 73 episodes. However, it was not very well received by the fans due to pacing and animation issues. Furthermore, a good chunk of season one consisted of fillers, i.e., anime-exclusive content.
Many did not have high hopes for a season two, especially after the seven-year gap since the first season aired. Fortunately, fans were pleasantly surprised with the second season. It consisted of 12 episodes, and there was a noticeable rise in quality, resulting in high ratings. The new season's attention to detail and the revamped color and design redeemed World Trigger.
The third season came out in 2021, and most fans had a positive reaction. They liked the improved animation and the complex battle scenes compared to earlier seasons. However, some thought there was too much talking and planning between fights and wished it had gone by faster.
To make things easier, we have created a watch order guide for your reference. Complete with watch links and filler lists, this article has everything you need to get started!

Can You Skip the Fugitive Arc in World Trigger?
Yes, you can skip the Fugitive Arc, which starts in episode 49 and ends in episode 63. This is because they are all filler episodes, and the content is anime-only.
Fugitive Arc has a different feel than the rest of the season, making it very jarring to watch. This arc introduced a set of anime-exclusive new characters and an original story. Other than adapting an original side story, the arc focuses on teamwork, tactics, terrain advantage, and resource conservation, among others. All of this reduces World Trigger to a generic shounen anime where the enemies just keep on spawning. Many characters behave unusually, and a lot of logic is bypassed to prolong the arc.
It is recommended that you skip the Fugitive Arc and return to it once you're done with season one to avoid breaking the flow.
