Hulu Will Offer an Amazing Subscription Deal for Black Friday

• Hulu will make a subscription offer you can’t ignore, setting the price of its basic tier at $1.99 per month.
• The offer will be valid for a full year, taking subscribers right to the 2021 Black Friday offer, just like they did last year.
• The subscription window for that special offer will be comfortable, extending for four days.

Hulu, the American video-on-demand service owned by The Walt Disney Company, is preparing to make an amazing subscription deal offering on the upcoming Black Friday, setting the entry-level package cost at just $1.99 per month for a full year. This is a tier that normally costs $5.99/month, so for the duration of a year, one would save a total of $48.

Most importantly, though, the $1.99 per month is not buying you a ticket to a streaming service of this league. Hulu had the same offer last year as well, so people who grabbed it twelve months ago can ride the same train again for another twelve.

For this totally absurd price, people will get unlimited access to thousands of shows and movies available on the Hulu platform, multi-device support, and the ability to switch plans or cancel anytime. The catch of the basic tier is that there are a few ads that somewhat break the experience, but we guess that those paying such a low subscription fee won’t mind that.

The special deal will be made available starting at midnight PT on Thanksgiving Day, and people will be able to grab the limited-time offer until November 30, 11:59 pm PT. So, it’s not exactly that you don’t have time to do it, but if you’re browsing the entire “interwebs” to scan all of the available ‘Black Friday’ deals out there, you could miss Hulu’s offer.

If you want to enjoy Hulu without ads, you will most likely have to pay full price ($11.99/month), as the platform hasn’t announced anything on that part. What this plan offers in addition to the removal of advertisements is the ability to download movies and watch them offline. Also, Hulu has recently decided to hike the price of its “Live TV” plan by $10 per month, so you have until December 18, 2020, to grab it at the current $54.99/month price.
