Sometimes you have to be cool about things, while other times you have to break into song and dance. Well, if you want to check out the second season of I Ship It, you can get that done over on The CW.

The new season will feature six episodes filled with musical comedy, starting April 19. The show will follow Ella, who's an aspiring writer and a fanfiction writer, Tim, her boyfriend, and best friend Winnie. One day, Ella ends up taking on a job as a writer's PA on Superstition, her favorite show that she writes fanfiction over, making her dreams of being near the cast come true.

If you want to make sure you can watch the show, know that it will air on Fridays at 9 PM ET, on The CW, right after Dynasty. Let's learn all about watching I Ship It live online.

Can You Watch I Ship It Live on The Cw?

We've got some bad news for you: The CW's website doesn't have a live TV stream for you to enjoy here, so the only way you can watch the show live is if you do that with the help of a live TV platform that features The CW. You can, however, watch the latest episodes if you want to check them out. Let's go ahead and learn more about the platforms that will help you watch The CW live.

What Live TV Services Can You Subscribe to Watch I Ship It?

Nowadays, we use the Internet for anything and everything, as it makes our lives far easier than they used to be. Whether we're talking about working, socializing with our friends, watching movies and TV shows, or wasting time here and there, we do everything online, so why not also watch TV over it? Cable has become quite expensive, the plans are impossible to customize, and you can't cancel whenever you want to because there's a contract stopping you from that. Live TV platforms, on the other hand, are far cheaper, you can make them your own, and you can unsubscribe in under a minute with no repercussions. Plus, you can watch TV wherever you may be, even on the bus, as long as you have an Internet connection and a compatible device (and some headphones - no one wants to watch with you). Let's see what options you have.

fuboTV - First on our list, we have fuboTV, which is a great platform that's been around a while. There are two bundles to pick from - fubo and fubo Extra - and The CW is part of both. The service allows some customizations to be made to the platform, primarily through extra channel packs and premium networks. Make sure to read our fuboTV review for more details on what they have to offer.

Note: We need to point out that The CW is only available in several markets over fuboTV, namely Atlanta, GA, Detroit, MI, Philadelphia, PA, Pittsburgh, PA, Sacramento-Stockton-Modesto, CA, San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose, CA, Seattle, WA, Tampa, FL, and Chicago, IL. This means that if you live elsewhere, you're going to have to get creative if you want to access the channel. We'll get into detail in a tiny bit on how exactly you can do this, but know it involves a VPN.

Hulu - Another platform you can check out is Hulu, which has been around for a while, delivering people videos on demand. The service only features one bundle of channels, which you can get for $44.99 per month. Thankfully, the bundle they have to offer does include The Cw, so you can enjoy your favorite shows, including I Ship It. Read our Hulu review to better understand the service.

YouTube TV - Next up, we have YouTube TV, which is another platform that only features one bundle of channels. Priced at $40 per month, the platform offers some great channels, including The CW, and the opportunity to add various premium networks. Make sure to read our YouTube TV review if you want more details on those really cool perks they offer subscribers.

DirecTV Now - Last on our list is DirecTV Now, a platform that's been around for a while, but that has recently undergone some changes. There are now two main bundles - Plus and Max - and five other bundles that used to have a different name and cost half the price - Entertainment, Choice, Xtra, Ultimate, and Optimo Mas. The CW can be found in Plus and Max, as well as Entertainment, Choice, Xtra, and Ultimate. Make sure to give our DirecTV Now review a read before making a decision.

Sling TV - This one's a bonus because Sling TV doesn't really feature The CW in its bundles and channel packs. What it does do, however, is allow Sling TV fans that want to pay for two or three months in advance get access to a free TV antenna. It's that antenna that will help you get your eyes on I Ship It over The CW. So read up on our Sling TV review to see if you like it enough to subscribe.

So, What Do You Do If The CW Isn't Available in Your Area?

fuboTV makes it pretty clear in what areas you can enjoy The CW over its platform, but the situation is similar for other platforms too - they're just not as specific. So, if you find yourself unable to watch The CW for whatever reason, there are some workarounds. You see, these live TV platforms work like any other website and know your location by reading your IP address. If your IP address were to reflect a different location, for instance, you'd get to watch the channels available there, including The CW. Thankfully, VPNs can easily help you change your IP address, on top of offering you privacy.

Note: The very same method we just described can be used if you ever find yourself traveling abroad and unable to watch the shows you love because the platform you've subscribed to is geoblocked. And it's not just one platform, but all of them - as well as streaming services. So, make sure you have a VPN and pick a US-based server to circumvent the blockade.

Can You Use a TV Antenna to watch I Ship It?

You sure can. The CW is part of the channels that can be viewed with the help of a TV antenna over the air. TV antennas are pretty great because they're relatively cheap and they allow you to watch TV for free afterward. The only downside we can see is that you only get to enjoy maybe one or two dozens of TV channels, depending on where you live.

Talking of which, before you go ahead and buy the antenna you like most, you should visit a site like NoCable which enables you to check what channels are available in your area, whether The CW is on the list, and how strong the broadcast signal is. If it all checks out, you can go ahead and make the purchase from wherever you may want to.

Where Can You Watch Older I Ship It Episodes?

I Ship It is currently on its second season, which means there are a bunch of episodes you'll be able to binge on before the premiere takes place. You can do that in several ways. For instance, since the first season of I Ship It aired back in 2016, the show can now be watched over CW Seed. The best part about CW Seed is that access is free for everyone, so you don't need to worry about setting up an account or anything.

We couldn't find it anywhere else, but if the second season becomes available elsewhere, we'll make sure to update and get back to you, complete with links.

We'd love to hear back from you about the platform you liked best and which one you picked to watch I Ship It online this year, so please drop us a note in the comments section below.
