Disney Plus is rapidly growing, expanding to more countries around the world, and you'll discover numerous error codes, including the one we'll be discussing now - error code 43.
We’re sorry, but we cannot play the video you requested. Please try again. If the problem persists, visit the Disney+ Help Center (Error Code 43).
This can be quite the bummer as you're hoping to watch one movie or another, or perhaps even start on a new series you've been meaning to get to. Nonetheless, Disney Plus won't let you. Let's see why.
What's Causing Disney Plus Error Code 43?
Error Code 43 is displayed by Disney Plus when the video you're hoping to watch isn't available at the time, either due to a connectivity issue or because the video has since been removed from Disney+.
How Can I Fix Disney Plus Error Code 43?
The problem that's causing this particular error doesn't necessarily have an easy fix. Since this error is most likely caused by Disney removing that particular title from the library, your only hope is to wait.
- However, you can also check and see if the VPN is on. If you're connected to a server in a different country where Disney Plus is available, you may be seeing their local library, which does not include the particular content you're trying to access. So, disable your VPN and try reloading the page.
- Log out of your account and log back in. Check for the title again.
If that didn't solve the problem, we do suggest you contact the Disney+ customer support team. They are available 24/7, so you can talk to them via chat, phone, or social media from anywhere, no matter your location.
