Disney Plus is a great platform, and we love that we can use it on so many devices, which helps us store our favorite content wherever we need it. We have stumbled over Error Code 13, and we wanted to know how to fix it.

This is probably an issue caused by you losing track of how many devices we were using.

Disney Plus allows people to hold seven profiles but only stream content to four devices simultaneously. At the same time, it's possible to link up to ten devices on the profile, so you can download content on any of them.
