Oops! We hate it when we're trying to watch something on Disney Plus and somehow get stuck behind an error, forbidden from watching our favorite shows or catching up with whatever cool movie everyone is watching. So, let's see how we can fix error code 11.
We’re sorry, this video is not available in your region. If you think you are seeing this message in error, visit the Disney+ Help Center (Error Code 11).
Bummer! It looks like we can't enjoy this particular title right now. But why? Let' find out!
What's Causing Disney Plus Error Code 11?
The problem, it seems, comes from a rights availability or a problem Disney Plus is having right now. It seems this is a common error, especially as you open links that may or may not be designed for your location.
How Can I Fix Disney Plus Error Code 11?
As you can imagine, since this particular error code can have multiple causes, it also has multiple solutions. In fact, let's go over them.
- If this is regarding rights availability, you may want to check whether the title is actually available in your country. Do this by running the title through the search feature on the website rather than accessing a link you found on Google or social media.
- You may also want to check whether you have a VPN on and shut that off. (Or, the opposite, if the video is available in a different country and not in yours.). You should also try restarting the app and, eventually, even your device, if that doesn't fix it.
- The third option is if there are too many devices streaming content. Keep in mind that your account only permits four simultaneous streams. Stop streaming content on one of your devices.
If you don't know which device is now streaming, go to your account to log out of all devices. This should stop anyone from streaming on your account. Please, don't share your credentials with others.
