What’s Coming to Netflix in January 2018!

By Dev Gupta / December 15, 2017

Before we could figure who said what (and why!), 2017 is about to see curtains. Yes, the year’s been crazy and meaningful in different ways. 2018 is just a few blocks away. And a new year means new content from Netflix. January will be a truly overloaded month for both Netflix fans and those looking to subscribe to Netflix.

Right on Day One 2018, we will have the entire Godfather series (I, II, and III) on Netflix. Letha Weapon (1, 2, 3, and 4) will aptly complement the mafia series. Some of us have not caught with either series in eons. It’s a great time to revisit these classics.

Batman (1998) comes flying (really?) to Netflix in January. And it will be joined by four other Batman films. These include Batman Returns, Batman Forever, Batman Begins, and Batman and Robin. And that’s not all. Classics like Love Actually, Apollo 13, Caddyshack, The Italian Job, and The Shawshank Redemption are all set to make a comeback on Netflix.

Netflix also brings a lot of good content for families and kids. There’s Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory on January 1. Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie hits Netflix on January 10. If you are looking to go mega on the first day of the year, try settling down with King Kong (2005). Hey! The Dukes of Hazard comes rolling, too!

Believe it or not, January also becomes the red carpet of over a dozen Netflix Originals. These include names like Glacé (Season 1), Before I Wake (Netflix movie), and Devilman Crybaby. As Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee moves into its tenth season, the show is also being added to Netflix.
