How to Watch ‘Good Bones’ Online – Live Stream Season 5

By Gabriela Vatu / June 9, 2020

The mom-and-daughter duo is returning for another season of Good Bones on HGTV. We plan to watch Good Bones online, so let's go figure out how to do that.

Good Bones premiered back in 2016, which makes this the fifth season of the show. In this real estate show, we follow Karen E. Laine and her daughter Mina Starsiak Hawk, who start working to bring back homes to life.

In 2019, Karen decided to retire from the family renovation company, but we'll still see her in the fifth season of Good Bones, as she focuses on more DIY projects. We cannot wait to see exactly how the houses they take on will look like in the end.

When and Where to Watch Good Bones?

The fifth season of Good Bones will premiere on HGTV on June 9th. The show kicks off at 9 PM, so you should make sure you have the free time to watch.

How Can I Live Stream Good Bones?

We spend a lot of time online nowadays, and it makes perfect sense also to take our TV-watching to the same level. There are now multiple live TV platforms that feature all the channels you enjoy, so it would be quite a shame to stay on with traditional cable when you have so much freedom to gain by using a live TV service. Hulu is one of our favorite platforms because it features a ton of networks that we love, including HGTV. Start your free trial on Hulu now!

Besides all the channels you will find in the main bundle, you can also add any of the available channel packs and premium networks if they include your favorites. Another thing you should know about Hulu is that when you subscribe to the Live TV service, you also gain access to the On-Demand Library - so you basically have two services in one. Hulu has a ton of apps, so you can enjoy it on pretty much any platform you own, including smartphones and tablets running on Android and iOS, Smart TVs, gaming consoles, and more. (Note: Hulu works in the United States only, so if you will travel abroad, you will also require a VPN to make it work. You can click here to find out more details about those steps you need to take.)

Here's how you can start your free trial of Hulu:

Other Ways to Watch Good Bones Online

fuboTV - We also have fuboTV on the list, and this is a single-bundle service that used to focus on sports only. Nowadays, it features dozens of entertainment networks as well, including HGTV. There are also a ton of channel packs if you're looking for more content, as well as premium networks. Start your free trial of fuboTV now!

Sling TV - There is also Sling TV on the list, and this is a platform that has three bundles available. You can choose whichever one you want, as HGTV is part of all three bundles. You can, therefore, choose between Orange, Blue, and Orange + Blue, but you do need to be aware that your choice will directly influence the number of simultaneous streams allowed on your account. For example, Blue subscribers can watch on three devices, Orange + Blue subscribers can watch on four devices simultaneously, but Orange subscribers only get one stream per account. Philo - Philo is yet another really cool service that has a single bundle of networks. You can find HGTV in the main bundle, as there are literally no extra channel packs or premium networks available. Start your free trial on Philo now! However, this service has some surprisingly great perks offered to subscribers, so you can definitely enjoy those as well.

How Can I Watch Good Bones When Traveling Outside of the United States?

When we are traveling outside of the United States, you will quickly notice that live TV platforms and streaming services you are accustomed to using back home are no longer accessible. This is usually due to the fact that live TV platforms and streaming services are geo-blocked, so you cannot access them from abroad as you do at home. As soon as the platform detects your IP is not one from the United States, you will get blocked from the service - which can become rather annoying. A VPN can help change your IP in a matter of seconds, so that's going to be your go-to solution for this problem. In fact, we recommend ExpressVPN because it's one of the best on the market, and it features thousands of servers all over the world and some great privacy features thanks to the encryption protocols it deploys.

Here's how you can use ExpressVPN to watch Good Bones anywhere:

Can I Watch Good Bones Live on the Network's Website?

Watching Good Bones over on the HGTV website is perfectly possible because there is a live stream available there. To access this live stream, you need to log in to an account to prove that you do pay for a TV subscription that includes HGTV. Therefore, you can use credentials from one of the live TV services we've been talking about. (Note: The HGTV live stream is geo-blocked, so you will need to use a VPN if you want to access it from abroad. Click here to find out more details on all the steps you need to take.)

Can I Binge-Watch Good Bones?

If you want to watch Good Bones, four episodes have already aired, and an extra one that's just getting started. That said, there will be quite a few episodes to catch up with, but since it's such a cool series, we are sure you will enjoy it every step of the way. You will find there are multiple episodes available to stream on the HGTV website, and you should also be able to find the series over on Hulu. However, they only have a couple of seasons available thus far.

Can I Purchase Good Bones Episodes?

If you want to buy episodes of Good Bones, that's going to be super-easy to do. Multiple platforms feature all the seasons of Good Bones, and you can go ahead and buy your favorite episodes or seasons from there. We think that you should visit all services, namely Google Play, YouTube, iTunes, Microsoft Store, Amazon Prime, and Vudu, to see if any of them have discounts you can enjoy.
