The recent episode began where we left off with Sasaki suddenly hugging Miyano while the latter realized his feelings. Miyano spends quite some time in this episode thinking about how he wanted to hug Sasaki back. The sensitive kohai also concludes that until he's sure of feelings, it's best to keep them from Sasaki because he doesn't want to hurt him.
Miyano, however, is slowly coming to terms with the fact that he wants to spend more time with his senpai, prompting him to ask Sasaki if he wants to spend the school's cultural festival together! Of course, our head over heels, Sasaki immediately agrees. One cute scene was Sasaki explaining to Hirano that he would wait for Miyano's answer for however long it took.
Staying true to the episode's title, Sasaki falls sick and cannot stop sneezing, prompting his class to send him to the school nurse. However, he ends up meeting Miyano at the nurse's office instead. Seeing an ill Sasaki, Miyano immediately begins to help take his temperature and think about how cute his senpai's sneezes are.
He tells Sasaki to have someone take him home since he's ill. However, the proud senpai says he doesn't need help. Miyano then decides to take Sasaki home, explaining that he wants to take care of him! The episode ends with the beginning of the school's cultural festival, for which Sasaki's class has decided to open a "delinquent fortune-telling cafe." While we don't get to see much of the cafe, we expect to see more next week.
