Black Summoner Anime Release, Teaser Trailer, & Additional Cast Members Announced

The anime adaptation for Black Summoner has just revealed its first teaser trailer for fans! Furthermore, the show has also announced a summer release for 2022. However, the excitement doesn't stop there. In addition to the previously announced cast, the series has also released a list of additional cast members.

The main staff of the Black Summoner anime includes Yoshimasa Hiraike as director and series composer, Miwa Oojima as character designer, Yuria Miyazono as the music composer, and Satelight as the animation production company.

According to the latest reports, Kuro no Shoukanshi / Black Summoner is set to air in July 2022. The Black Summoner light novels inspired a manga adaptation by Gin Amou that released its first tankoubon volume in 2018. The story originally began as a web novel on Shousetsuka ni Narou in 2014.

Black Summoner Cast and Plot

The additional cast members revealed for the series include Randhi in the role of Kuroto, Yosuke Akimoto as Gerard, and Minori Suzuki as Sera. Previously announced were Kouki Uchiyama as Kelvin, Manaka Iwami as Efil, and Reina Ueda as Melfina.

The official description for the Black Summoner anime series, according to Crunchyroll, reads:
