Stop Dancing to Music. Start Making music while Dancing. BeatMoovz is a motion-activated instrumental device that lets you create sounds with your body movement and dance along at the same time.

The Design Engineer Daigo Kusunoki who loves to dance showed off BeatMoovz by Dmet Products at New York Toy Fair, reported by mashable.

We have seen a lot of fitness trackers or other LED gigs that mainly has a normal tracking sensor focusing on the motion. Every wristband is connected to the app on the device via Bluetooth which helps to store data.

BeatMoovz links via Bluetooth to the smartphone with one of the two apps installed. An Audio Board app which contains 40000 sound clips plays with certain music and movements.

An Interactive graphics generator creates different visual effects on a bigger output device from your smartphone through Screen mirroring or Chromecast anything that suits your phone.

You can link Multiple BeatMoovz Bands two at wrists, two at the ankles and all can be synced to the app. Kusunoki and a colleague danced in the demo showed how to create music by waving and moving his wrists.

Each time he makes a cool Robotic move the sounds is enhanced. The Representatives from Cra-Z-Art, the company distributing BeatMoovz in the U.S told us,"sync between the movement and the music is perfect".

New sounds can be downloaded by the owners via the app that might include beats, various instruments, audio clips, sound effects and even custom sounds.

BeatMoovz will cost around $59.99 for a pair and the two apps. It will start shipping this August.
